Bids on water and wastewater line materials will go before the Bartlesville City Council Monday night. The council also plans to appoint Debbie Haskell to a term on the park board and to hear an appeal form Russ Mathis on a dilapidated structure at 1414 Southwest Elm Avenue.  Monday night's council meeting is set for 7 o'clock at the City Center Building in Downtown Bartlesville.
