Saturday evening the City of Dewey hosted their 29th Annual Night-time parade. This year the theme was a “Holly, Jolly Christmas.” The parade was led by Dewey Police Captain Bob Burke followed by this year's Parade Grand Marshal Larry Thrash and his wife Elizabeth. The parade traveled through downtown Dewey, South on Shawnee Ave, making a Westbound turn onto Don Tyler Ave, and finally North onto Cherokee Ave. This year the parade welcomed more than 75 entries and at least 100 vehicles which were evaluated by this year's Judges Pattie Bogle, Louise Inda, and Cassie Hayes.

Participants had an opportunity to win in one of four categories; Commercial, Non-Commercial, Religious, and Youth. The winners in the 2016 Dewey Christmas Parade are:

Commercial:

1st - Kiddie Park

2nd - Arrowhead Vet Clinic

2nd - Gold Wing Road Riders

Religious:
