Five members of the Bartlesville City Council will take the oath of office tonight at 7.  The new council will choose a mayor and vice-mayor before conducting business on other topics.  The agenda calls for a public hearing to assess progress on a Community Development Block Grant Small Cities Set Aside program and also on an appeal of a Bartlesville Planning Commission decision made during its October 25th meeting concerning the Silver Lake Village Development.  Tonight's meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers in the City Center Building.
