The Washington County Board of Commissioners held their regular weekly meeting on Monday morning in the Commissioners' Meeting Room.

While there was one item to take action on listed on the agenda, a good part of the meeting was spent during a bid opening. The commissioners opened Bid Number 16-06 for Six-Month Road Materials. Aggregate, asphalt, bridge lumber, concrete, culvert pipe poly, culvert tank car, grader blades, guardrails and accessories, ice control materials, liquid asphalt, lubricants, road rock, road signs, sign posts, tractor tires, and used steel pipe was all bid on. The commissioners accepted several bids for review.

The Washington County Board of Commissioners will meet again next Monday morning at 9:30 in the Commissioners' Meeting Room.
