Bartlesville will be having some Halloween events starting with the Seventh Annual Ghost Walk.  The event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn this Wednesday and Thursday evening starting at 6 o'clock.  During KWON's Community Connection program, Main Street Bartlesville representative Elizabeth Thrash talked about the event.
