The Washington County Board of Commissioners met at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday morning. Among the action items, Commissioner Mike Bouvier presented a Signal Warrant Study and OCEM Director Kary Cox presented an Approval of Emergency Management Performance Grant Application and Sub-Grant Agreement. One item was tabled for a later date, however. The Cooperative Extension Services Agreement between the Oklahoma State University Acting for and On Behalf of Its Cooperative Extension Service and the United States Department of Agriculture was presented earlier than normal, so the commissioners tabled it until a later date.

The commissioners did open a bid at 10 o’clock for Bid Number 16-02 for a new or used 2015 or newer Vibratory Roller for District 2. Yellow House Machinery had the only bid, and the commissioners accepted it.

All other items were accepted and all receipts were acknowledged as received. The commissioners will meet again next Monday at 9 in the morning, as it is the first of the month.
