A Ramona man who is accused of attacking a 17-year old boy in September of 2015 has waived jury trial, plead guilty, and is scheduled to be sentenced.  Charlie Chester Morrison The Second is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, threatening to perform an act of violence, and pointing a firearm.  Washington County Sheriff's deputies were called to investigate a report of someone pointing a firearm on West 3900 Road, just west of U.S. Highway 75.

According to a court affidavit, the victim told the deputies that Morrison jerked him out of the truck and began punching, kicking, and pistol whipped him.  The teen reportedly told the authorities that Morrison pointed a loaded pistol at him and threatened to kill him.

Sentencing is scheduled for August 25th.
