A Bartlesville woman is free on a $25,000 bond after police arrested her for giving alcohol to minors.  40-year old Peggy Lucille Pack is charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors and permitting people under 21 to possess alcohol.  Bartlesville police were called to a home in the 2000 block of South Johnstone to investigate a loud party. 

According to a court affidavit, officers arrived and saw kids running into the home and smelled a strong odor of marijuana.  There reportedly were between 25 to 30 minors that came out of the house.  he affidavit states that the police went inside the home and found about five minors passed out, numerous empty liquor bottles, and hundreds of empty beer cans. 

Pack pled not guilty to the misdemeanors and is due back to court on August 10th.
