Welcome Home Kyrian Anderson
Ben Nicholas
Kyrian Anderson had not been home for more than 100 days. On Friday afternoon around 3 o’clock, that finally changed.
Anderson, a 6th grader, had been in Oklahoma City getting a bone marrow treatment to help his battle with leukemia.
Supporters gathered along U.S. Highway 75 between the Bartlesville Cycle Shop and Adams Boulevard on Friday to welcome him home. Many gathered alongside the road with orange balloons, both the leukemia foundation’s color, and Anderson’s favorite. Welcome home signs were also made for him.
