Bartlesville School Officials say they hope to carry out their plan to hold 2016 Commencement at Custer Stadium.  High School Principal LaDonna Chancellor said that as of 6 o'clock, they were planning to hold the high school graduation ceremony outside.  However, the weather situation at this time is very dynamic and forecast subject to change over the next 2 hours.  Chancellor says they could still need to make the call to move graduation inside.  Please take your rain tickets.  School officials will make a final call by 7:00.
