A Kansas Jury found Alex Garcia guilty of attempted capital murder, kidnapping and burglary.

Garcia was arrested in Kansas after shooting an Oologah police officer and leading officers on a long chase last May.

Police say Garcia, 23-year-old Cesar Rios and 20-year-old Roxanne Mendoza opened fire during a chase that started in Talala. Oologah Officer Charles Neil was grazed by one of the bullets.

Investigators say Garcia carjacked and shot a man in Kansas.

Garcia's sentencing is set for next month.  Rios and Mendoza are being tried in Nowata County District Court.  Their case is set for a jury trial May 17th.
