During Tuesday evening's Coffeyville City Commissioner's meeting, several action items on the agenda were approved. Several were approved unanimously, including and ordinance to amend court costs for Municipal Court, Charter Ordinance No. 27 relating to city elections and a cereal malt beverage license for Cielito Lindo.

Two agenda items pertaining to the new power plant were also approved without opposition. They are change orders, one for motor control centers and the other for site preparation. Commissioner Jim Taylor was the lone dissenting vote to the first reading of an Ordinance to approve the annual renewal of the ten-year tax and a small business loan agreement for K Tan Tanning Salon.
