A Bartlesville man who is accused of drug violations will be facing a jury trial this week at the Washington County District Court.  Bruce Elsey Witherow is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Back in May of last year, Bartlesville police, agents from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, and the Drug Enforcement Administration officers served a search warrant at a home at 215 NW Seminole.  According to a court affidavit, officers found Witherow hiding under the floor of the home.  The police reportedly found a container which contained 20 grams of meth and digital scales.
