A January 21st, 2016 preliminary hearing date has been set for a Bartlesville man who was involved in an alleged stabbing incident, and has been charged as a youthful offender.  Tyrek Diaz Williams is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.  Bartlesville police were called to the 1600 block of SW Armstrong where they investigated a possible stabbing.

According to a court affidavit, the victim saw Williams approach the house with a kitchen knife in one hand and an unknown object in the other hand.  The man saw the suspect throw something at the house breaking a window.  Reportedly, the victim saw blood on his hands and went to the hospital for treatment. 

Bond was set at $50,000.
