Charges are still pending against a Copan man who allegedly was involved in a shooting last month.  Bartlesville police arrested 23-year old Dustin Lee Giddens for shooting with intent to kill.  During Friday's arraignment, Washington County District Attorney Kevin Buchanan announced that the state is still waiting for some results and asked that Giddens' case to be passed later this month.

Bartlesville police were called to the Mountain View Trailer Park where two men were shot.  The victims were transported to a Tulsa hospital.

According to a court affidavit, a witness told the police that she saw Giddens drive up to her trailer.  Another vehicle drove in behind Giddens.  The men got into an altercation.  Giddens reportedly got out of his vehicle with a gun in his hand and started firing shots.  Giddens turned himself in to the authorities who seized the gun.

Giddens next court date is September 22nd.  He's free on a $25,000 bond.
