Across the state of Oklahoma, people that knew Mark Costello, the Oklahoma Labor Commissioner, are remembering him in a number of different ways. Costello was born in Bartlesville and graduated at what was, in 1974, College High School. Grace Farmer, 1^st Congressional District GOP Chair, which includes Washington County, said a memorial fund has been set up in Costello's name.

A candlelight vigil is scheduled on the south steps of the State Capitol at 7 P.M. on Thursday. The 59-year-old died Sunday night after police say his 26-year-old son Christian, pulled out a knife, stabbing his father multiple times at an Oklahoma City restaurant. Christian Costello is being held in the Oklahoma County Jail without bond on charges of first-degree murder.
