Shooting charges against two Bartlesville men have been dropped.  36-year old Thomas Matthew Myers and 33-year old James Glenn Myers were scheduled for jury trial on August 31st to face a felony charge of use of a vehicle while discharging a weapon.

Back in March of 2015, Bartlesville police were called to the Travelers Motel on East Frank Phillips where an altercation took place.  According to a court affidavit, witnesses told officers that shots were fired from a moving Honda Civic.  The shots were directed at several people standing outside a black SUV.  A bullet hole was reportedly found in the front window of Hastings.  The store was open at the time of the shooting.
