The son of slain Oklahoma Labor Commissioner Mark Costello was in Judge Russell Hall’s courtroom on Tuesday for a bond hearing.  Newson6 reports that Judge Hall denied bail for 26-year-old Christian Costello on first degree murder charges.  He showed no emotion during the hearing.

Mark Costello was murdered in Oklahoma City on Sunday evening, apparently by his son, 26-year-old Christian Costello. OKC Police say that Christian carried a knife to a meeting with his father at a local Braum's Restaurant. Police have interviewed many witnesses at the very public murder. Mark Costello was born and raised in Bartlesville and graduated at what was then, College High School in 1974.
